엣지링크 주식회사(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립하여 공개합니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목과 수집 방법

회사 웹사이트(edgelink.co)는 회원 가입, 로그인, 결제 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 방문자의 개인정보를 자동으로 수집하는 양식이나 추적 기술을 운영하지 않습니다. 회사가 처리하는 개인정보는 다음에 한정됩니다.

• 이용자가 이메일(saehyunji@edgelink.co)로 문의할 때 이용자가 직접 제공하는 정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 소속, 연락처, 문의 내용
• 웹사이트 호스팅 사업자(Cloudflare, Inc.)가 서비스 운영과 보안을 위해 자동으로 기록하는 접속 기록: IP 주소, 접속 일시, 브라우저 종류

2. 개인정보의 처리 목적

• 문의 사항에 대한 회신과 상담, 협력 제안의 검토
• 웹사이트의 안정적인 운영과 부정 접근 방지

3. 개인정보의 보유와 이용 기간

• 문의 관련 정보: 문의 처리 완료 후 1년까지 보관한 뒤 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 계약 체결 등으로 이어진 경우에는 관계 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
• 접속 기록: 호스팅 사업자의 보관 정책에 따르며 회사는 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁

회사는 이용자의 동의가 있거나 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 웹사이트 호스팅은 Cloudflare, Inc.에, 이메일 서비스는 Google LLC(Google Workspace)에 위탁하고 있으며, 이들 사업자는 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

5. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 개인정보 보호책임자의 이메일로 접수하며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.

6. 개인정보의 파기

보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 전자적 파일의 경우 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제하고, 종이 문서의 경우 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다.

7. 쿠키와 자동 수집 장치

회사 웹사이트는 광고나 분석 목적의 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 이용자가 선택한 표시 언어를 기억하기 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 언어 설정값 하나만 저장하며, 이 값은 개인을 식별하지 않고 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

9. 방침의 변경

이 방침은 2026년 10월 8일부터 시행합니다. 내용이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 공지합니다.

Edgelink Inc. ("the Company") protects the personal information of visitors in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and publishes this policy to explain how such information is handled.

1. Information we process and how it is collected

The Company website (edgelink.co) has no sign-up, login or payment features and runs no forms or tracking technologies that collect visitor data automatically. The personal information the Company processes is limited to the following.

• Information you provide yourself when you contact us by email (saehyunji@edgelink.co): name, email address, organization, contact details and the content of your inquiry
• Access logs recorded automatically by our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) for service operation and security: IP address, time of access and browser type

2. Purposes of processing

• Responding to inquiries and reviewing partnership proposals
• Operating the website reliably and preventing unauthorized access

3. Retention period

• Inquiry information is kept for up to one year after the inquiry is resolved and then deleted without delay. Where an inquiry leads to a contract, records are kept for the period required by applicable law.
• Access logs follow the hosting provider's retention policy; the Company keeps no separate copy.

4. Disclosure to third parties and outsourcing

The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties except with your consent or where required by law. Website hosting is outsourced to Cloudflare, Inc. and email service to Google LLC (Google Workspace); each processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information by emailing the privacy officer below. The Company will act on such requests without delay.

6. Destruction of personal information

Once the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled, electronic files are permanently deleted by irrecoverable means and paper records are shredded or incinerated.

7. Cookies and automatic collection

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. A single language preference value is stored in your browser (localStorage) to remember the display language you chose; it does not identify you and is never sent to the Company's servers.
