이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 엣지링크 주식회사(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 웹사이트 edgelink.co(이하 "사이트")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리와 의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (사이트의 성격)
사이트는 회사의 사업과 기술을 소개하는 정보 제공 목적의 웹사이트입니다. 사이트는 회원 가입, 유료 서비스, 전자상거래 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 사이트에 게시된 내용은 어떠한 계약의 청약이나 보증을 구성하지 않습니다.
제3조 (지식재산권)
- 사이트에 게시된 문서, 이미지, 도해, 영상, 로고, 소스 코드 등 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권과 기타 지식재산권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
- 이용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 사이트의 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 전송, 전시, 2차적 저작물 작성 등 상업적 목적으로 이용할 수 없습니다. 출처를 밝힌 인용과 개인적 열람은 허용됩니다.
- NVIDIA, NVIDIA 로고, Omniverse, Isaac Sim 등 제3자의 상표는 각 권리자의 소유이며, 사이트의 표기는 회사가 해당 프로그램의 멤버이거나 해당 기술을 사용한다는 사실을 나타낼 뿐 권리자의 보증을 의미하지 않습니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 사이트를 이용할 때 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 사이트의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나 보안을 침해하는 행위
- 자동화된 수단으로 사이트에 과도한 부하를 주거나 콘텐츠를 대량으로 수집하는 행위
- 회사 또는 제3자의 권리를 침해하거나 법령에 위반되는 행위
제5조 (면책)
- 회사는 사이트의 정보를 정확하게 유지하기 위해 노력하지만, 게시된 정보의 완전성, 정확성, 최신성을 보증하지 않으며, 사전 고지 없이 내용을 변경하거나 게시를 중단할 수 있습니다.
- 사이트에 기재된 개발 중인 제품과 기능, 로드맵, 연구 협력 계획은 작성 시점의 계획이며 실제 결과는 달라질 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 이용자가 사이트의 정보를 신뢰하여 내린 결정이나 그로 인한 손해에 대하여, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 사이트에서 연결되는 외부 사이트의 내용에 대하여 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제6조 (개인정보)
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보호합니다.
제7조 (약관의 변경)
회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 시행일 7일 전부터 사이트에 공지합니다.
제8조 (준거법과 관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 사이트 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 회사의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the website edgelink.co (the "Site") operated by Edgelink Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its visitors.
2. Nature of the Site
The Site is an informational website that introduces the Company's business and technology. It offers no membership, paid service or e-commerce functions, and nothing on the Site constitutes a contractual offer or warranty.
3. Intellectual property
- All content on the Site, including text, images, diagrams, video, logos and source code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights held by the Company or their rightful owners.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent. Quotation with attribution and personal viewing are permitted.
- NVIDIA, the NVIDIA logo, Omniverse, Isaac Sim and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site indicates only that the Company is a member of the relevant program or uses the relevant technology, and implies no endorsement by the mark owner.
4. Visitor obligations
When using the Site you must not:
- interfere with the normal operation of the Site or compromise its security;
- place excessive load on the Site or harvest its content in bulk by automated means;
- infringe the rights of the Company or any third party, or violate applicable law.
5. Disclaimer
- The Company endeavors to keep the Site accurate but does not warrant the completeness, accuracy or currency of its content, and may change or withdraw content without notice.
- Products and features described as under development, roadmaps and research collaboration plans reflect the Company's plans at the time of writing; actual outcomes may differ.
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for decisions made in reliance on Site content or for any resulting loss.
- The Company is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site.
6. Personal information
The Company protects your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law. Amended terms will be posted on the Site at least seven days before they take effect.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from use of the Site shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office as the court of first instance.
